Meet This Mormon {8 Things You Probably Don't Know About Me}
I've said it before and I know I'll say it again…my absolute favorite part near hosting Experience Great in viii Challenges and nearly blogging is getting to know so many incredible people! The challenge groups are always full of amazing and inspiring people with incredible stories! I love that by the end of the viii weeks we experience like friends, even if we've never met in person. And, on top of that, I've met some of the nigh incredible bloggers on this crazy journey.
One matter I've always tried to do here on the blog, is to share the real, about authentic version of myself with you. The daughter who isn't perfect, who makes more than her share of mistakes, and who is notwithstanding working to improve merely like you lot are.
So, today, along with some of my beautiful blogging friends, I'll be sharing a little more nearly me with you! Drum roll delight…
8 Things You lot Probably Don't Know About Me!
1. I was a competitive effigy skater and coach. I went ice skating when I was viii years old and instantly fell in beloved. I was a full-on figure skater with fancy dresses, jumps, spins, shows and competitions all over the country for x years. Luckily I moved to Logan to get to USU the year the first ice rink was built in the valley and was able to pay my way through higher coaching the cutest little skaters you've ever seen!

2. I taught 3rd grade and preschool for 8 years. I got my degree from USU in Unproblematic Education and taught 3rd grade in Enshroud County until our first baby was born. And then I taught preschool in our home for 5 years while my hubby was in school. I loved teaching and definitely miss it!
3. I love to laugh. One of my favorite things to practise is lookout man comedy T.V. or movies with my husband. I enjoy the occasional drama also, but my favorites are the ones that keep you laughing the entire time. This summer we watched all 9 seasons of How I Met Your Mother and laughed our guts out!
4. I'grand a total nerd. I can quote just nearly every line in Ghostbusters and I laugh at one-time-school classic jokes. I was also ridiculously worried about my grades growing upward.
5. I'm married to an eye dr.. My astonishing hubby worked then hard to get through lots of years of schooling and has now been an official doctor (Optometrist) for 3 years. I am then incredibly proud of him! If yous alive in Davis County and are looking for a great centre doctor get come across Dr. Adam Rudd at Family Vision Intendance of Bountiful. I may be a little biased, only I recall he is the best. 😉

6. I love to travel. In our life correct now (i.e. littles and finances), this means fiddling trips around Utah and maybe even to California, but our commencement trip after nosotros were married was a calendar month in Russia! One day we definitely want to travel all over the globe.

7. I'm secretly shy and somehow also very social. I've always been shy and a little bit bad-mannered in social situations. I worry that it comes across as stuck-upward or rude, when I really but have a difficult fourth dimension starting conversations and getting to know people. Simply be patient with me, I dear parties and making new friends, information technology just takes me a infinitesimal to warm up.
8. I'chiliad a Mormon. Being a fellow member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Solar day Saints is a huge office of who I am. It shapes my human relationship with God and my connectedness to my spirit. The restored Gospel of Jesus Christ brings so much peace and happiness to me and my family. It helps me be a ameliorate mom, married woman and person and hopefully a improve challenge host also. If yous're not a mormon, don't worry, you are absolutely more than welcome to bring together the Feel Bang-up in 8 Challenge! I would never button my beliefs on anyone, but if you are curious to know more about who we are equally Mormons or what nosotros believe, I am always willing to share.
Today is exciting for the states Mormon'due south because of the release of a picture called "Meet the Mormons."
